Dazling Divas' #69

It's Dazzling Diva's Challenge again.  A little neon fun going on with the inspiration photo this week.

Once again, while the metal is so amazing, trying to photograph it, not so much.

At least the flat version shows the actual amazing colors.  I used Pucker Me Pink Metal Sheet, along with [my favorite] Perfect Peacock.  I also used a little Golden Glimmer.  My Happy Easter and bunny is a Silhouette download.

I am also entering this into the Retro Sketch #158.

Meanwhile, please join in the Dazzling Divas Challenge #69.  No metal is required, just be inspired by the above photo.  Just click on the graphic below to pop on over to the blog.

The Male Room and A Walk Down Memory Lane

It's time again for The Male Room Challenge.  This week is to use a metallic embossing powder.  Should be an interesting challenge - stampers will be digging into some older products I'm thinking. [I know I did]

Heartfelt Creations Alumni March Hop

I was so bummed when I had to miss last month's Heartfelt Creations Alumni Hop.  Fortunately, I had time this month and oh boy!  I can't wait to tell you....

I got a couple of the new items from Heartfelt and I was so pleasantly surprised. The dies are now a cut out and so.much.easier. to use!  Totally amazing!  I have to say I love the new packaging also -- bright, cherry, and easy to store [gotta love that!]

Products used:
Botanical Rose Cling Stamp Set: click to enlarge

Botanical Wings Die: click to enlarge

I love that you can stamp all the flowers together AND, die cut them out all together, but they cut separately.  I LOVE the time I saved using these new products!  Way to go HFC~

I am also entering this into The Paper Players #238 Challenge - tic-tac-toe challenge.  I used the left column; yellow, die-cut and flowers.

Do you remember what to do?  Comment on the below Alumni Designer's blogs for a chance to win a $25.00 gift certificate from Heartfelt Creations.  You have until Friday, April 3rd.  The winner will be announced here on my blog April 4th.  The winner just needs to email Emma Lou with Winner of March Alumni Hop in the subject line within 72 hours.

Dazzling Divas #68

This week is be inspired by the photo.  It's so pretty that's an easy one!

Of course I had to go the coffee route - it's a inspired cup ;).  I picked up the colors by using Baby Blue, [the back for silver of the lid], Garland Green and Princess Pink metal sheets.  My cup is a Stamps of Life Coffee Cup die, and I used an embossing folder for the texture on the cup.

It's your turn now.  Remember, you don't need to use craft metal, just make a card inspired by the above photo, and upload it.  There is a prize~ click on graphic to pop over to Dazzling Divas #68.
